This unique site condition allows the development to achieve unmatched visibility from every direction, making it a strategic commercial landmark in the making.
With 2,574 sq. m of proposed commercial development, the design leverages continuous footfall, multi-directional traffic, and the site’s high-recall potential.
Architectural Vision
The architecture is shaped to create a commanding yet fluid urban presence.
• Rounded corner edges soften the built mass and allow the structure to flow with the movement around the island plot.
• Double-height glazed storefronts on the ground floor ensure maximum visibility for retail brands, creating an immediate sense of arrival.
This bold yet inviting ground plane positions the building as an anchor for premium retail activity.
