Project Overview

Nestled in one of Nashik’s most prestigious localities, Aashirwad Apartment redefines the idea of exclusive urban living. Conceived as a limited-edition residential address, the project embodies the philosophy of “one floor – one residence,” offering the comfort of an independent home within a secure apartment setting.

Spread across 285 square meters, the design optimizes space and privacy while aligning seamlessly with Vastu principles to ensure spatial harmony and positive energy flow. The building comprises five luxurious 3BHK residences, each occupying an entire floor with open layouts, natural light, and cross-ventilation.

Design Concept

Each apartment features expansive balconies opening from both the living area and the master bedroom, overlooking a tranquil community garden. This creates a refreshing connection between indoors and outdoors — allowing residents to enjoy greenery, fresh air, and abundant daylight throughout the day.

The design balances aesthetic elegance and functional practicality, ensuring every room benefits from natural light and ventilation. Two dedicated car parking spaces per residence add to the comfort and convenience of modern urban living.

Architectural Expression

The façade design reflects understated sophistication, combining clean lines, warm materials, and proportionate volumes that make it both timeless and contextually modern. Aashirwad Apartment’s form and material palette subtly communicate exclusivity without excess — a hallmark of refined living.

Design Essence

Aashirwad Apartment stands as a benchmark for premium urban residences in Nashik — where privacy, comfort, and design integrity come together effortlessly. It exemplifies SZ Architects’ commitment to creating meaningful, human-centered spaces that enhance everyday living
