Project Overview
Mehta Residence is envisioned as a refined celebration of luxury living — a home where generous scale, emotional comfort, and architectural clarity merge effortlessly. From the earliest design stages, the clients’ aspirations were deeply understood, allowing every detail to emerge from a place of sensitivity and purpose.
Design Philosophy
A defining aspect of the brief was the client’s love for large-breed dogs and a strong desire for a vast open yard. This became a meaningful design driver, shaping both outdoor and indoor environments.
The bungalow opens seamlessly into an expansive landscaped yard, creating a continuous visual and functional relationship between interior spaces and nature. This openness allows pets to move freely while residents enjoy uninterrupted views of their private green retreat.
Interior Experience
Custom-designed box windows with extended sill-level seating form intimate pockets throughout the home. These thoughtful elements offer perfect resting spaces for pets, while also creating quiet reading corners that overlook the outdoor landscape — merging companionship and contemplation into everyday life.
A dedicated automobile display and parking zone reflects the client’s passion for cars, offering structured, spacious, and visually composed parking for a sizable collection.
Architectural Language
The residence is defined by generous, double-height volumes within the living and dining spaces, creating a powerful sense of openness and grandeur. Large-format windows invite abundant daylight, amplifying the home’s spatial richness and highlighting the curated material palette throughout the interiors.
Materiality & Aesthetics
The façade expresses grandness through simplicity — articulated through clean lines, disciplined geometry, and balanced proportions. The interiors are enriched with handpicked luxury materials, each chosen to elevate the sensory and tactile experience of the residence.
Design Essence
Mehta Residence stands as a testament to deeply personalized architecture — where luxury is not only seen, but felt; where lifestyle, emotion, and elegance coexist in perfect harmony.
A home crafted not just to impress, but to resonate
